Slate and clay tile roofing have been in existence for

 centuries. Traditional slate and clay tile roofs are

 superbly successful roofing systems that can function

 for a period of 75 to 100 years or more. Our craftsmen

 use time-honored techniques as well as the most up

 to date technology during installation of slate and tile.

 Both materials are precisely placed and attached by

 hand using copper nails. Our skill goes beyond expert

 installation, Midstate Contractors has developed

techniques that have become the industry standard in

 the installation of new tile.
 
     Midstate installed a new Spanish style tile roof with

 custom-made pieces at Our Lady Consultation

 Church in Cary, Ohio to ensure that the look and

 design of the original roof was duplicated.  Our people

 were awarded a Ludowici Roof Tile Award for

 excellence in craftsmanship.
