We are seeking hardworking, highly motivated, and eager to learn employees to join our team and help us preserve history! A successful candidate may be skilled in one or more of the following: carpentry, masonry, sheet metal, plaster/paint, etc. This position will require hands on work with the opportunity to expand your experience in the fields of restoration and construction.

Job Responsibilities May Include:

• General Masonry (tuckpointing, cleaning, laying brick, etc.)
• Sheet Metal Fabrications (simple to ornate – cornice, capitals, standing seam panels, brackets, ornamental pieces, soldering, occasional welding, etc.)
• Carpentry and Millwork (cabinetry, doors, windows, ornate woodwork, trim and moldings, etc.)
• Painting (both interior and exterior)
• Plaster (install and repairs)
• Various Roofing Styles (slate, standing seam, clay tile, etc.)
• Working with large equipment (CNC Machine, Auto Brake, Press Brake, Metal Shear, Belt Sander, and much more)

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience / Knowledge of historic buildings, restoration methods, general construction is preferred
• Ability to work with a team as well as independently
• Attention to Detail
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials / equipment at times

Position Requirements

• Pass a standard drug test
• Okay with traveling out of town for work (cities and counties around Ohio, bordering states on occasion. If this is the case, hotel is provided)
• Okay with heights (we do a large portion of our work on top of tall buildings, in lifts, on scaffolding, etc.)

• Work days are typically 4 – 10hr shifts M-TH and occasionally we work on Fridays to make up rain days / extra work. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.
